some stuff for youuuu.

hello :)
i am so sorry about the fact that i haven't posted something for soooo long. i really have to change that!
i have been so busy lately that it wasn't even possible for me to release new recommendations for you.
so there's much to catch up - which i am going to do right now! :)

first of all i want to show you my latest favourite songs:

you may know the californian indie electro pop band Foster The People. they made their first big success with their song Pumped Up Kicks, which is known by the most of the people. but my favourite foster the people song is called Call It What You Want. i am really into that piece and i think the idea of a music video like that is also very creative and i kinda like that.

when i saw that julian smith video for the first time i was actually really scared from that guy. haha. that was about six months ago and i didn't like the song at all. last week i saw that a friend of mine has put I'm Reading A Book on his skype profile and i started laughing because i remembered how crazy that video is. but i actually like that song now. weird. whatever - enjoy.

the next song i am gonna show you is Forget That You're Young by The Raveonettes. i have heard that song a few months ago on fm4 but i never got to know the title or even the artist of that piece. now i finally found it! yeah. amazing song!

last but not least a cover version. mgmt & kooks are one of my favourite bands ever and i was very thrilled when i found this cool cover version of the mgmt's Kids by the kooks. well done.

i also have a book/movie for you!
it is der vorleser by bernhard schlink. i don't know the english title for it, but i am sure that you can find it somewhere in the internet. we had to read the book at school and i finished it in about two days because i liked it so much. the book is very well written and the story is really fascinating in my eyes. i decided to watch the movie too, because i've heard so much about it (also many animadversions...) and i wanted to conceive my own opinion. i think the book was better, but the director of the movie also made a great job! check it out!

yesterday i read somewhere that fritz kalkbrenner is going to play a gig in the viennese flex in about one month. i am a big big fan of the kalkbrenner brother's, in fact i also have a ticket for paul's show in two weeks, and i am definitely going to watch fritz as well! oh yes (Y)

so. das wars mal von meiner seite. da ich jetzt den größten schulstress überstanden habe, werde ich wohl in nächster zeit wieder mehr dazu kommen, meinen blog aktuell zu halten. thank you. L
